I ordered a dress from thepinkdesert and was a little nervous the color might look totally different in person, since that’s happened to me with other sites before. But this one was really close to the photos online, even in normal lighting, and it matched exactly what I needed it for. I really appreciate when a company shows things instead of making items look better online than they actually are. That feels like the right way to treat customers. Super happy with the dress and I’d definitely order again.

I ordered a dress from The Pink Desert and felt let down when it showed up. It looked really cute online, but in person the fabric felt thin and kind of cheap.

The stitching also had loose threads in a few places, and after just one wash it didn’t hold its shape well at all. For what they’re charging, I expected a lot better.

I don’t know who’s checking quality over there, but whoever runs this needs to pay more attention. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Had to swap my dress for a different size it was smooth as heck. Customer service got back to me quick and was super helpful the whole time.

It had took way longer than I thought just to get any updates, and I keep checking the tracking every day like something was gonna change, but nope. It was frustrating since I needed the item soon. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably won’t order again unless I have a lot of extra time to wait.

I tried ordering from thepinkdesert.com twice, and somehow both times the things I actually wanted were either out of stock or not available in my size. It’s frustrating because I spent time browsing through a bunch of cute stuff, got excited, and then of course I couldn’t even buy it. I feel like I have the worst luck with this site. I just wish the inventory was updated better so people don’t waste time falling in love with items they can’t get.

I had a really frustrating time trying to get my refund. From my point of view, it felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get a basic update. The responses took a long time and didn’t really answer my questions, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying. After that experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again

I used a promo code and it did work, but it took a couple tries before the discount actually showed up. A little annoying. Even with the discount, the prices still felt kind of high. Shipping was fine though. Normal, nothing too bad
